it's been awhile since my last post. not that i'm busy or anything. i just don't have anything interesting to write about. my life's been pretty monotonous lately. work-home-sideline-gym not that i'm complaining though. i am liking the effect of my workouts. no drastic loss of pounds, i am taking it slowly but surely.

i increased my workout hours and maintained a 500 calorie burn per visit. and i attend spinning classes every friday. and i tell you this is a total burn out session. grabe i thought i won't be able to make it the first time. well after suffering a 2 week muscle pain all over i was able to manage it already. enjoy, classmate ko pa nga si ana roces. hehehe

on work, i had staff issues before the holy week. it was intense i was not able to sleep for two weeks. good that i was able to resolve it sooner. i guess top of mind is what's best for the majority. and i believe i was able to handle it the best that i can.

at the homefront, my kids are overly sunburned due to an outing somewhere in antipolo with their lola's. gosh they got so dark i can only see their eyes.... hubby is undergoing some major crisis in his application for dubai. its been six months and they have been holding on to his passport and documents for no apparent reason. now that he found another more viable opportunity in Qatar he is bent to pull out his application in Dubai. and this spells trouble. sighhh...

sideline is still a good additional income earner for me. although Hagonoy gets flooded when its high tide, i manage to pull it through. my client can get so fickle minded at times. problem is she is not in good terms with her siblings and mom. and this causes trouble for some business decisions they have to make. i am often caught in the middle and i am hating it already. kung di ko lang kailangan ito, i would've resigned by now.

so that's much about my life right now. i think i've lost my creative juices to keep up with my blog. however, i hope i find enough inspiration to get this going.

yes true. pag stressed ako or madaming iniisip i hit the gym. napapawisan na ako nalalabas ko pa yung asar ko. hahahah yeah, let's set things up with papi. kita kits sa mata soon. mwahhh

hahahah...hindi naman. natutuwa lang ako kse i've been losing weight without even going on diet. ;-)

stationary bike yun sis. tapos may gym instructor who guides you along the way. ang hirap yung part na kunwari paakyat ka ng steep hill. tapos mabilis yung pagpedal mo. naalog talaga lahat ng taba ko dun. hahahaha and you burn 800 cal in an hour. ;-)
