i'm back in the busy streets of makati. my first day was well...kinda topsy turvy. since it was a new company (communication business and network business of two big telco companies joined together) the financial reports where all over the place. i mean ALL OVER!

the two business are using different systems. and this is where the problem comes in. there are tools to integrate the financial data that was so complicated it made my head swirl. the advantage is i'm in during the birth pains. pioneer so to speak. and if all goes well, then my career will follow suit.

its different to work for a multinational. local companies did their best to scrimp on its resources. while multinational companies are generally very generous to its employees. the working environment is so cozy and pleasing to the eyes. the pantry was so big and even complete with stuff (overflowing brewed coffee, juice, iced tea, etc).

i was pretty overwhelmed at what the company provided for the employees. and the best part was - they weren't strict with time. i can do more mommy stuff at home. its great....but i bit my lip trying to be mum abt it. i don't want to spoil things just yet. i am only in the beginning. let's see how this path in my career gives me.
