just some info for those who got curious in my previous entry. the photo is the equipment that we use in the gym during our spinning class. (just attended one during lunchtime today) there's this point during the class when i would've nearly given up. that's the time when you are pedalling your way uphill and it will take a looonggg time before you can sit back again. feeling ko matatanggal na legs ko kakapedal...hahahaha
